No. To be more environmentally conscious and financially responsible, we have chosen to not print a paper copy of the program, evaluation forms, handouts, and other materials. However, an electronic version of the program will be available online with all information. In addition, evaluation forms can be completed online. All other materials, including handouts and posters, will be available online to conference registrants.

For the annual conference, requests for registration refunds must be sent via email to [email protected] 21 or more days before the first day of the conference; these refunds will be made in full, minus a $50 service charge. Registration refund requests received 8 to 20 days before the conference will be made at 50% of the original registration fee. No other refunds are permitted.
