Presenters typically dress more toward business attire, while some attendees dress more toward the casual side of the spectrum. No matter your dress, comfortable shoes are highly recommended! In addition, the conference rooms are typically kept at a cool temperature, so keep that in mind when deciding how to dress.

No. To be more environmentally conscious and financially responsible, we have chosen to not print a paper copy of the program, evaluation forms, handouts, and other materials. However, an electronic version of the program will be available online with all information. In addition, evaluation forms can be completed online. All other materials, including handouts and posters, will be available online to conference registrants.

Conference registration includes continental breakfast each morning, as well as refreshment breaks each morning and afternoon, of the Forensic Psychology Symposium. The classically elegant Westgate Hotel is in the heart of the vibrant downtown shopping, entertainment, and historic Gaslamp Quarter. The Westgate has a beautiful rooftop pool and is within short walking distance of many excellent restaurants. The hotel is close to Balboa Park with its numerous museums and the San Diego Zoo, as well as Seaport Village, Sea World, and the beautiful beaches north of San Diego. You can catch the electric trolley behind the hotel to Seaport Village, the Gaslamp Quarter (both also within walking distance of the hotel), Little Italy and Historic Old Town.

For the annual conference, requests for registration refunds must be sent via email to [email protected] 21 or more days before the first day of the conference; these refunds will be made in full, minus a $50 service charge. Registration refund requests received 8 to 20 days before the conference will be made at 50% of the original registration fee. No other refunds are permitted.
