For the annual conference, requests for registration refunds must be sent via email to [email protected] 21 or more days before the first day of the conference; these refunds will be made in full, minus a $50 service charge. Registration refund requests received 8 to 20 days before the conference will be made at 50% of the original registration fee. No other refunds are permitted.
For webinars, requests for registration refunds must be sent via email to [email protected] 48 hours or more in advance of the webinar; these refunds will be made in full, minus a $5 service charge. Registration refund requests after this time frame and before the webinar begins will be made in full, minus a $15 service charge. No other refunds are permitted.
